Welcome to The Offline Diaries!
Little stories from a life unplugged- quiet moments, real connections, and the beauty of slowing down.
This new series on my blog will document my journey of living life more intentionally offline. Over time, I started realizing how much life can pass by when we’re constantly connected to the internet. I want to create space to slow down, cherish the little things, and spend more time living instead of scrolling.
I’ll be sharing small joys, current reads, fun hobbies, what God is revealing to me in this season, travel logs, and beautiful nature photos—because I will be touching grass quite literally, lol.
I’ll also be sharing more about what life is like pursuing my Master’s Degree in Library and Information Science. I’ve realized that I haven’t talked much about what I’m learning in grad school, and this is my final year! Lord willing, I will be graduating in December.
Right now I’m working on my capstone proposal, and I’ll be sharing more about my topic in an upcoming post.
Here’s what you can expect from the blog over the next few weeks:
• Faith blog posts
• Capstone proposal details
• All the spring vibes
• March reading wrap-up
• The Offline Diaries: Chapter 1
I encourage you to join in with me. Maybe take a break from social media and try out some of those hobbies you said you’d pursue in 2026 but haven’t started yet. There’s still time to take a step back from the online world and reconnect with your real life.
Thank you so much for reading.
Kindly,
Kayla ♡
